Wake Tech Library Spaces Change Location

Study rooms are for ACADEMIC USE ONLY. If your group does not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your reservation may be reassigned to another group.

Food and drinks are NOT permitted in study rooms. Violations may result in loss of room usage privileges and/or conduct violations.

Occupancy limits: 2 to 6 people, depending on room size, based on building code and safety guidelines.

Rooms Available: EC 270B, 270C, 270E, 270F, 270G

Only currently enrolled students are permitted to reserve and use study rooms.


  • Each reservation includes a 10-minute grace period.
  • Only current Wake Tech students may reserve study rooms.
  • Maximum reservation: 2 hours per individual/group.
  • Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance (minimum 2 hours in advance).
  • After that, rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the circulation desk.
  • Food and drinks are prohibited.
  • Occupancy limit depends on the room (2 to 6 people).

  1. Click on the date you want in the calendar.
  2. Choose the room and select the starting time slot (green, 30-minute increments). For example, to book from 1–2 PM, click both the 1:00 and 1:30 PM slots.
  3. Click "Continue" to acknowledge the usage policies.
  4. Select additional time slots if needed, and confirm your booking under the Booking Details section.
  5. Fill in the required form and click "Submit my Booking".
  6. You’ll receive a reminder email 2 hours prior to your reservation start time.
  7. To access the study room, you must show your Wake Tech student ID at the information/circulation desk.
  8. When you're done, stop by the desk again to pick up your student ID card.
