Wake Tech’s East Campus Library offers a variety of study rooms designed to support student learning, collaboration, and focused work.

Whether you're working independently or collaborating with classmates, our study rooms are here to support your academic success.

1. Category (optional) – Select the type of room you want to use (e.g., individual or group).
2. Zone (optional) – Select the floor or area where you'd like to reserve a room.
3. Date – Choose the date for your reservation. Rooms can be booked up to one week in advance.
4. Time – Select your preferred time slot (in 30-minute increments, up to 2 hours).
5. Click Search.
6. Choose an available room and click Book Now.
7. Fill out the booking form and click Submit.

Note: You can also reserve a specific room by using the Search by Space option.

Need a laptop while you’re in the library? We’ve got you covered. The library offers laptops for in-library use for up to three hours. They’re a great option whether you’re working on a project, attending an online class, or catching up on research. Stay connected and get your work done—right here in the library.

1. Complete the Device Loaner Agreement: Before you begin reserving, make sure you’ve filled out the Device Loaner Agreement.
2. Choose an Equipment Category: On the page, select Laptops.
3. Browse Available Items: Each item shows a photo, description, and current availability. Click “Availability” next to your chosen item to view open slots.
4. Select Date and Time: Choose your pickup date on the calendar and ensure the reservation covers your full usage period (up to 3 hours).
5. Add to Cart: Confirm your items, dates, and times and click submit.
