Description
Groups have priority for all study room reservations. If your group does not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your reservation may be given to another group.
Food is NOT permitted in study rooms. Violations may result in loss of study room privileges.
Group Study Rooms are for ACADEMIC USE ONLY.
Rooms Available:
- Room 200A: Equipped with in-room computer, table, and chairs. Max capacity: 4 students.
- Room 200D: Equipped with in-room computer, table, and chairs. Max capacity: 6 students.
Rooms can be reserved up to 1 week in advance (minimum 12 hours ahead). After that, rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting the circulation desk.
Maximum booking period: 2 hours per group.
- Groups have priority for reservations and usage.
- Reservations include a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the reservation may be reassigned.
- No food is allowed in the study rooms.
- Group Study Rooms are for academic work only. Non-academic use is not permitted.
- Rooms may be reserved up to 1 week in advance, with a minimum notice of 12 hours.
- Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis beyond that window by contacting circulation.
- Maximum reservation time is 2 hours per group.
- Students must show a Wake Tech ID card to access a study room.
▶ Book Study Room Instructions
- Click on the date you want in the calendar.
- Select the starting time slot on the row of the room you'd like to use. Time slots are 30-minute increments highlighted in green. (E.g., 1–2 PM requires selecting both 1:00 and 1:30 PM slots.)
- Acknowledge the usage policies by clicking on "Continue".
- Click additional time slots until the full desired duration is shown under Booking Details.
- Fill out the required form information and click on "Submit my Booking".
- To access your room, present your Wake Tech ID card and your confirmation email at the Circulation Desk.
- All group members must have a valid Wake Tech ID card to use the study room or enter the library.
