The makerspace is an opportunity for students, faculty, staff and community members to gain hands-on access to some emerging object-making technologies, including 3D printers, 3D scanners, electronic prototyping kits, sewing and embroidery machines, 3D pens, a large poster printer, professional microphones, a DSLR camera, a laser cutter, and many other Maker tools.
Join Wake Tech's Maker community in designing and creating physical objects for education, research, entrepreneurship and recreation.
The Makerspace is located on the Scott Northern Wake Campus, in the library (building F), lower floor, room 153.
*To access the makerspace, all individuals must show their Wake Tech ID card or community borrower card and photo ID at the circulation desk.*
